Meet the trainer: Jenifer Sarver

Jenifer Sarver is the founder of Sarver Strategies, a communications firm where she develops and manages strategic communications for her clients. Her services range from speechwriting to media relations. She has trained public figures, including CEOs, foreign leaders, political candidates, and nonprofit leaders, to deliver their messages effectively. Jenifer is on the advisory council of the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life at The University of Texas at Austin, helped launch the bipartisan WeLEAD program at American University, and has participated in Civic Seminary, which trains civic catalysts nationwide. She also chairs the national board of the Women’s Public Leadership Network. In 2017, Jenifer was selected for the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, a  partnership of the foundations of Presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson. She earned a Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Science, from UT Austin and Master of Public Administration from American University. In 2018, Jenifer came in 5th in an 18-way Republican Primary to represent Texas’ 21st District in the U.S. Congress. She  is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Civil Society Fellowship, A Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
