IN THE NEWS: Helping aged-out foster youth access stimulus funds

On January 29, 2021, New Mexico Child First Network, United Way of Central New Mexico, and Tax Help New Mexico partnered to help inform independent youth how they might be able to apply for federal stimulus funds if they qualify.

New Mexico Child First Network and the United Way of Central New Mexico will be hosting an online training specifically geared for our independent youth to learn how to file their last tax returns so that they might get in the system to apply for their stimulus funds.

**If a child you know has not been claimed on taxes in 2019 or 2020, they qualify to receive THEIR OWN STIMULUS FUNDS.*** Please share this far and wide.
