March is Women's History Month! Let's celebrate!

March is Women’s History Month and highlights the contributions of women to history and society. All woman should be celebrated, but it is particularly important to recognize women who have been in the child welfare system for their achievements. Not only have they had to endure obstacles that no child should, but they have overcome these disadvantages and flourished. They are a reminder that all women have the tenacity for success if they are given the opportunity.
