Join New Mexico Child First Network as we welcome Dr. Karen Campbell M.D., to provide an overview of CART (Child Abuse Response Team) and Child Maltreatment info in New Mexico.
Dr. Campbell currently serves as Medical Director of CYFD/CPS and is a member of the Child Abuse Response Team (CART) at the UNM Department of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from UNM in 1994, followed by internship and residency at UNM from 1994 – 1997. Her fellowship in Forensic Pediatrics was done from 1997 – 1998. Her primary area of specialty is child physical abuse and neglect.
