TRAINING: Topic Lessons From Minnesota: Report Overview of "Minnesota Child Fatalities from Malt

New Mexico Child First Network is proud to partner with Safe Passages for Children of Minnesota to bring you this training and Q&A. Safe Passage for Children of Minnesota trains volunteers to advocate with their elected representatives for improvements to child protection and foster care; this includes better training and additional resources, but most importantly we promote practices that reduce prolonged periods of trauma and high risk for children. This report on over 80 child fatalities from maltreatment identified a number practices that consistently contributed to the children’s deaths.
